What happens if I run out of minutes mid-month?

Your assistant keeps working. Overage minutes are billed at your plan's per-minute rate until your next renewal. On the Free plan, minutes cap at 30 per month — we'll let you know well before you hit the limit and you can upgrade any time.

Can I pause or cancel?

Any time, from the portal. Pausing keeps your assistants and transcripts but stops billing and disconnects channels. Cancelling exports everything to you first — nothing disappears without warning.

Can I bring my own phone number?

Yes. You can port an existing number, buy a new one through Flickki, or use BYO SIP trunking if you already run your own telco stack. The Workshop and Custom plans include a dedicated SIP trunk option.

Is my data used to train models?

No. Your transcripts, collected fields, and assistant definitions are yours. We don't train on them, we don't sell them, and you can export or delete everything from the portal.

What happens if the assistant gets something wrong?

Every conversation leaves a full transcript, so you can see exactly what was said and why. You can set hard guardrails (never quote prices, never commit to times) and escalation rules that hand the conversation to a person the moment something unusual happens.

Does Flickki work in my country?

Phone numbers and SMS are available in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia at launch. Web chat, email, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other messengers work everywhere. Tell us where you are and we'll let you know the plan for your region.
